Your experience
The menu I propose will start with an aperitif, followed by busecca, a "poor" dish of Brianza cuisine, followed by spiced cookies with a touch of chocolate. Busecca or tripe, which in my family was traditionally prepared on Christmas Eve, is accompanied by toasted bread.
I am Cesarina Alba and, after my latest move, I live in a town in the upper Brianza area of Lecco, a place with several villas of Milanese gentlemen who, in the past, spent their summer vacations here. I learned to cook from my aunt Rosetta and then from my mother. I learned mostly traditional Lombard dishes.

I like to cook different dishes, initially dishes from my area, Brianza, but along the way, I've updated myself with other typical recipes and not always just Italian ones. Having two children abroad, when I come back for holidays, I only want to cook good, genuine things. When I have guests I like to amaze with some particular dishes, even if I'm not an artist in plating, but I think I can recover in the flavors!
