Typical 3-course dining experience with aperitivo and cooking demo
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
- Bruschetta with black cabbage and freshly produced olive oil from our own harvest
- Roast pork loin, with beans aside
- Tiramisù with Vin Santo Wine
Your journey begins with the famous bruschetta from the Tuscan tradition. I create my bruschettas with ingredients that are always in season, and in winter, kale is an incredible treat with its intense flavor over a bed of cannellini cream. If you prefer, I can also create classic crostini with liver, which is an excellence of Tuscany, my region!
This will be followed by the roast pork loin wrapped in pancetta and stuffed with all the scents of my land, sage, rosemary, bay leaves, with a meat stock bath. We will finish together composing and cooking this simple dish rich in history and flavor. Finally we will end the experience with a great classic: tiramisu, revisited with the addition of the great Vin Santo!
