: Great experience. Enrico and his wife did a fantastic job. It was great spending time with them.
: The dinner with Enrico and his family was wonderful. He has a great personality and is easy to talk too. He shared his knowledge of food and cooking technique. The dinner was outstanding with plenty of wine and ending with Tiramasu and coffee! I would highly recommend this for anyone that wants to get a flavor of an authentic Italian meal.

: We definitely love this cooking class hosted by Enrico and Christina! Enrico was so informative, he guided us to make our own pasta (Tagliatelle), Ravioli with four cheeses and Tiramisù. It was so much fun! Then we had lunch afterwards enjoying those recipes we made together (yummy!) and also good wine . We had wonderful time eating, chatting and sharing each other's culture and travel experiences. Thanks Enrico and Christina for everything! We highly recommend this wonderful this class!
