Perfect cooking lesson

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a fabulous time cooking with Debora! It was a highlight of our trip. She's funny, energetic, and a great teacher. She made the explanations and directions easy to follow and fun. She had our 16 year old son jumping in to try things first - which was completely unexpected. The food was delicious and it really feels like we could re-create all we've learned at home. Highly recommend for families or couples who want to spend time with real Italians, learning and laughing

"I have always had a great passion for cooking, transmitted by my grandmother who ran a bakery in the city of origin. On Sundays, casoncelli, risottos, baked pastas were traditionally served, preceded by abundant appetizers based on cold cuts and cheeses. This passion pushed me to want to know more and more the world of Italian gastronomy, so much so that years ago I attended a professional course as a pizza maker. The common denominator of my dishes is the search for excellent products."
