"I have always had a great passion for cooking, transmitted by my grandmother who ran a bakery in the city of origin. On Sundays, casoncelli, risottos, baked pastas were traditionally served, preceded by abundant appetizers based on cold cuts and cheeses. This passion pushed me to want to know more and more the world of Italian gastronomy, so much so that years ago I attended a professional course as a pizza maker. The common denominator of my dishes is the search for excellent products."

I had such a fun night with Debora learning how to make ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramasu. She created a beautiful dinner table and atmosphere. What a treat to cook and eat in her home .

Debora was amazing!!! I found Cesarine online when looking for a cooking class and I couldn’t be happier I stumbled upon this one. When I walked into the door I felt so welcomed in her home and she truly catered the entire experience to ensure everything was perfect. She took time to get to know us and allowed us to get to know her. The cooking was so fun and of course eating it was great too! She is such a sweet host and my friends and I highly recommend her as we had such a great experience.

Debora made us feel like family from the moment we entered her home. The class is one of the best memories from our trip. She was obviously a fantastic teacher because the food turned out delicious. And her husband was delightful too. We were disappointed that we were not able to return to learn how to make the osso bucco that she was teaching later that week. She even printed out a copy of the photo she took with a hand written note as souvenir. We will have to go back for another class one day. Thanks for a wonderful, memorable evening Debora!

We had an amazing time with Debora! She was extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home. We took the cooking class and prepared two pasta dishes and tiramisu; all three dishes were the best we had in Milano! Debora and her husband were very helpful in giving us tips for around town. We are so excited to get home and make our own fresh pasta! Can not wait to come back!

Siamo stati da Deborah in 9, compagni di Master. E' stata una bellissima esperienza. Deborah ci ha accolto nella sua bella casa, curata ed elegante. Tutto pulitissimo, a prova di Covid, con depuratori dell'aria, calzari, gel, tutto perfetto. La cena è stata piacevole: antipasto di salumi e formaggi, con le focacce fatte in casa da Deborah, squisite! Poi il piatto re della serata, le tagliatelle fatte in casa: con i porcini, con il tartufo bianco, col il sughetto pomodoro pachino e basilico fatto da Deborah..!! La bontà della pasta fresca! Grande attenzione per gli intolleranti al lattosio. Deborah è un ospite attenta e premurosa. Molto molto appassionata...e questo fa la differenza! Grazie di cuore da tutti noi.

J'ai passe un excellent moment a cuisiner avec Debora. Elle adore transmettre sa passion de la cuisine, et ce moment privilegie et joyeux etait aussi l'occasion de discuter sur les habitudes en italie. Nous nous sommes regales (tiramisu, tagliatelles fraiches aux cepes) et j'ai pu refaire les recettes facilement chez moi. Merci Debora !
