Hi from Luca!
"I come from Romagna in Cesenatico, my housewife mother with four children has always cooked in her life and always delicious things. It was inspired by the great Pellegrino Artusi and the tradition of Romagna cuisine. At 18, after high school, I left for Milan to attend the Polytechnic. During these years I have been able to put into practice all my mother's advice to entertain my new Milanese friends with cooking. And I can also say that I conquered my wife Paola with the kitchen. Two dishes in particular make me particularly proud and they are: chicken broth and green lasagna; chicken broth (or capon) naturally accompanied by cappelletti or passatelli. I work in the publishing world and I feel lucky to reconcile my two great passions: books and cooking: for me, cooking is like reading a good book where you immerse yourself in a good story and then share it with friends. A history of cultures that always enriches us".
- Luca è l'anfitrione ideale. E' stato tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'apparecchiatura della tavola, alla casa elegante ma accogliente, alle portate ottime. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio tra tante chiacchere e cibo squisito. E' una esperienza che ho consigliato a tutti i miei amici.
