Join our cooking class for an immersion in the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine. You will learn how to prepare fresh tagliatelle or handmade ravioli, followed by the creation of a classic dessert such as tiramisu or apple pie. A glass of fine wine, chosen to enhance the flavors of your dishes, will also be provided. A culinary experience that combines tradition, sweetness and conviviality.
Nicoletta and Fabio were incredible. The experience was perfect from beginning to end. Their home is lovely, their teaching techniques are wonderful, and the food we cooked and ate was fabulous. Very highly recommended!
