: Sandra was absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. From the moment we arrived, everything was prepared so beautifully, including an outdoor dining area that completely blew us away. Her space has been thoughtfully renovated, was incredibly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. She took her time explaining every detail, shared the recipes with us so we could recreate them at home, and even went out of her way to direct us to local shops where we could find the fresh ingredients we were looking for, including the flour, cheese, and special Altamura bread we had heard so much about. None of that was part of what she had to offer us, which made her kindness and generosity stand out even more. Her big heart and passion shine through like a ray of sunshine, and you can feel how much she genuinely cares about creating a beautiful experience for the people she welcomes. Sandra was also incredibly patient and kind with our children, which meant so much to us. Our entire family had such a beautiful experience, and we left feeling genuinely grateful for the time we spent with her. We would highly recommend Sandra and would absolutely love to return for another class in the future. Sandra è stata davvero meravigliosa e ha fatto molto più di quanto ci aspettassimo per rendere la nostra esperienza speciale. Fin dal nostro arrivo, aveva preparato tutto con una cura incredibile, compresa una bellissima zona pranzo all’aperto che ci ha lasciati senza parole. Il suo spazio è stato ristrutturato con grande attenzione, era impeccabilmente pulito e aveva tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno. Ha dedicato tutto il tempo necessario a spiegarci ogni dettaglio, ci ha dato le ricette così da poterle rifare anche a casa e si è persino presa la premura di indicarci alcuni negozi locali dove poter acquistare gli ingredienti freschi che cercavamo, tra cui la farina, il formaggio e il famoso pane di Altamura di cui avevamo tanto sentito parlare. Tutto questo andava ben oltre ciò che era incluso nella sua esperienza, e ha reso ancora più evidente la sua gentilezza e generosità. Il suo grande cuore e la sua passione brillano come un raggio di sole, e si percepisce davvero quanto tenga a creare qualcosa di speciale per le persone che accoglie. Sandra è stata anche incredibilmente paziente e dolce con i nostri bambini, cosa che per noi ha significato moltissimo. Tutta la nostra famiglia ha vissuto un’esperienza davvero bellissima e siamo andati via profondamente grati per il tempo trascorso con lei. La consigliamo assolutamente e non vediamo l’ora di tornare in futuro per partecipare a un’altra delle sue lezioni.

: I have taken numerous cooking classes across NYC, France, and Italy and Sandra's class was by far my favorite culinary experience. She was warm, inviting, knowledgeable, encouraging, and thoughtful. I cannot recommend her enough! Everyone should experience a class with Sandra!
