Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class

Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

  • Tagliatelle with sausage and asparagus (or other seasonal vegetable)
  • Ravioli four cheeses
  • Traditional tiramisù (original recipe of my grandmother)

Dear Pasta Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner, starting with an appetizer, followed by the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.

Fun, memorable, educational, and absolutely delicious! I booked the pasta making class with Enrico and I couldn’t be happier I did! I (female, 20) have been looking for something to take home with me as a representation of my time living in Italy, and as fun as souvenirs are, the opportunity to have this experience as well as take home new skills was perfect. There’s nothing I’d rather give my friends and family when I get back than an authentic, home cooked Italian meal. The evening itself was incredibly enjoyable, especially having booked this alone, Enrico and his wife were so so lovely and welcoming. He truly took the time to teach me more than just the recipes, explaining the ingredients, skills, and techniques that went into making every piece. It was a hands on experience, and he answered every question I came up with without ever making me feel bad for asking so much. I’m so happy I left this class feeling confident I could actually create the dishes again, which is pretty awesome if you knew how tasty they were! Hands down the best pasta I’ve eaten in the months I’ve been living here in Italy, and such an adaptable set of skills to know. I look forward to cooking for my friends and family when I’m home, and I know my mom is waiting for some homemade tiramisu. Plus, who wouldn’t rather hear about someone’s trip to Italy while eating fresh pasta? I can not recommend this experience enough, whether you’re looking for a fun evening out with friends, an educational experience, or even just a really good meal, I think anyone would be glad they did this! I plan to stay in contact with Enrico, share my recreations with him, possibly ask for some tips, and hopefully see him again when I’m back in the city :) Thank you again to Enrico and his wife!!

Enrico and Christine were perfect hosts and we had the best time! We were nervous to go to someone’s house but they greeted us and made us feel welcomed immediately. The food was fantastic and we learned a lot about the food and the culture. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we would recommend it for anyone looking for an experience of true Italy! We had the most marvellous experience with enrico and his gracious wife, Cristina. I was quite nervous as I booked this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and I really wanted him to enjoy. My husband is vegan and this is not common cuisine in Italy. I did not need to worry. Enrico took an amazing amount of care to prepare everything perfectly. We had fun making pasta and we learnt about of lot of new types of ingredients and wine. We really had a fantastic day and are exceptionally grateful.

What an amazing experience with fantastic hosts! Myself and my 2 boys absolutely loved making pizza and pasta with Enrico and his lovely wife. They were so accomodating with the menu to suit the children, the food tasted incredible and they could not have been more friendly and fun hosts. They made sure we were very well looked after and we were so glad we did this class with them! Enrico gave us recipes to take home and gave us great instruction on how to make all the different things we had tried. Thanks so much!

My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
