Born and raised with a great passion for cooking, I inherited from my Modena family a deep love and respect for food, for the people who produce it, and for the value of the table as a place of connection and sharing. I live in the heart of the Food Valley, between Reggio Emilia and Parma, a land rich in traditions that I love to discover, share, and enhance through my dishes.For me, cooking is not only about preparing recipes, but about sharing culture, emotions, and stories. I especially love traditional Emilian dishes, while always remaining curious about new flavors and influences.Sharing my passion with guests from all over the world allows me to offer an authentic experience: opening the doors of my kitchen, preparing fresh handmade pasta together, telling the stories behind the dishes, and welcoming people to my table with the warmth and hospitality that are typical of my land.
