This was a wonderful experiment I was able to do with my daughter. Catia & Augusto are gracious hosts, inviting us into their home. We got to know one another through stories & laughter. Catia is an amazing and patient teacher, and I will take this knowledge home to make homemade pasta for my family. This was an evening we will forever treasure!

It wasn’t just a cooking lesson, but a real convivial experience, rich in tradition and a family atmosphere.
