"I have always been passionate about cooking; since I was a child I was by my grandmother who taught me local dishes made with poor ingredients, and gradually with greater availability the dishes became more and more sought after. Mum, excellent pastry chef , gave me free rein with regard to the first and second courses. I love good food and conviviality having grown up in a family where guests were always at the table ".
