It all started almost by chance… I was born in the province of Parma, and cooking has always been my greatest passion. I took my first steps in the kitchen with my grandmother Giovanna, standing on a chair to cook my first omelette—a memory I still cherish.I have been vegetarian for many years, first for health reasons and then for ethical ones, and I can offer vegetarian and vegan options while still enjoying cooking the traditional dishes of my family from Parma.Over the years, I have deepened my training and became a teacher of evening cooking classes, sharing especially my passion for fresh pasta.Today, I dream of welcoming guests to offer authentic experiences related to cooking and hospitality. I also love photography, which I use to tell the story of my dishes, and I surround myself with plants that fill my balcony.
