Micaela

I learned to cook from my grandmother, and later I grew to experiment with dishes and techniques from all over the world. Being Ligurian by origin, my cooking highlights vegetables in many forms: from herb pies to stuffed dishes, up to the ever-present focaccia. Here in Emilia, I honed the art of fresh pasta and learned to appreciate braised dishes, perfect for warming up winter days.
