I'm from Emilia, and for me promoting this region isn't a job — it's a mission. Emilia is one of the most generous lands in Italy: this is where some of the most celebrated and beloved food excellences in the world are born, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Prosciutto di Parma, from Culatello di Zibello to Salame di Felino, from Coppa Piacentina to many other hidden gems that even locals sometimes overlook. My goal is simple: to let you taste, discover and fall in love with these unique products — because behind every wheel of Parmigiano, every slice of culatello, there is a story, a craft, a tradition that deserves to be passed down.
