We’ll start with a visit to a dairy, where we’ll uncover the secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano production, followed by a tasting! We’ll then visit a historic vinegar cellar where the famous traditional balsamic vinegar is made: here too, we’ll have the chance to sample, taste and discover the fantastic uses of traditional vinegar!
The entire tour is guided. The producers of Parmigiano Reggiano and traditional balsamic vinegar will be at your complete disposal to answer any questions you may have!
We recommend starting the tour at 8 am to ensure you can visit the dairy during the Parmigiano Reggiano production process.

- We were lucky to have an exclusive tour of Parma for just the two of us with Davide, including information about the city and tastings of Parmesan and ham specialties from the region. Although we were only two people, as there were no other bookings for this tour, Davide didn't put in any less effort. On the contrary, we had more time for questions and explanations, and Davide responded well to everything. For the tastings, it was very good that there were only two of us, as it meant we had plenty of space in the two shops we visited. We only did a short, 2-hour tour because we didn't have much time in Parma, but for a first impression, it was ideal! We would book through Cesarine again at any time, and gladly with Davide again! Perhaps we'll see each other again on another tour or in a cooking class! :)
