Hi from Franca!

Our cuisine is enriched by the simplicity and authenticity of grandma's recipes, made with fresh products from our garden and eggs from our chickens. The menu varies from eggplant parmigiana to mixed grilled vegetables, up to zucchini and flower omelette. As a main course, we serve orecchiette pasta with ragù sauce, cooked in a traditional pot over charcoal, accompanied by an assortment of roasted meats.In terms of desserts, we propose the simplest and most authentic recipes: a tart stuffed with orange marmalade, picked directly from our citrus grove, and as a digestive, we offer homemade limoncello, made using our own lemons.
