Panzerotti are the perfect food to accompany with a cold beer! We want to give you an authentic experience where you can savor the unique atmosphere of our Puglia, a land rich in culinary traditions. In our cozy eatery, we offer a variety of panzerotti, including spicy ones, served along with a bubbly frittata with seasonal vegetables. One bite will lead to another: you will enjoy an authentic feast of Apulian flavors, followed by a jam tart, beer, wine, liquor and coffee. These are our courses to celebrate conviviality.

Cesarina from 2023Location: Oria Languages: Italian and EnglishOur cuisine is enriched by the simplicity and authenticity of grandma's recipes, made with fresh products from our garden and eggs from our chickens. The menu varies from eggplant parmigiana to mixed grilled vegetables, up to zucchini and flower omelette. As a main course, we serve orecchiette pasta with ragù sauce, cooked in a traditional pot over charcoal, accompanied by an assortment of roasted meats. In terms of desserts, we propose the simplest and most authentic recipes: a tart stuffed with orange marmalade, picked directly from our citrus grove, and as a digestive, we offer homemade limoncello, made using our own lemons.
