A journey into the scents and flavors of the past. Each dish is a reminder of a time when crossing the threshold of the house was greeted by the scent of the dish of the day. This exciting experience will be rediscovered thanks to Mamma Rosa's bread balls, prepared with cheese, eggs from our chickens, salt, pepper and parsley. Orecchiette pasta with meat sauce and braciole alla pignata will capture the nostalgia of authentic flavors. To end this tasty experience, a sweet touch with jam pastry tart, accompanied by a delicious Apulian wine. During the event, we will demonstrate the preparation of one of the dishes on our special menu.

Our cuisine is enriched by the simplicity and authenticity of grandma's recipes, made with fresh products from our garden and eggs from our chickens. The menu varies from eggplant parmigiana to mixed grilled vegetables, up to zucchini and flower omelette. As a main course, we serve orecchiette pasta with ragù sauce, cooked in a traditional pot over charcoal, accompanied by an assortment of roasted meats. In terms of desserts, we propose the simplest and most authentic recipes: a tart stuffed with orange marmalade, picked directly from our citrus grove, and as a digestive, we offer homemade limoncello, made using our own lemons.
