    I propose typical Mediterranean dishes.

    With this culinary experience you will relive the feelings of puglia and the sea that surrounds us. You will immerse yourself within nature and you will be able to taste the dishes, oil and wine produced by our house. You will be able to accompany the typical cheeses of our land with home made organic jams.

    the menu I propose:

    • Cheese appetizers (cacio ricotta, sheep ricotta and pecorino cheese), bruschette with ricotta forte, giardiniera, cherry tomatoes, grilled eggplant and zucchini, prosciutto crudo di Martina Franca.
    • Orecchiette pasta with turnip tops or rice potatoes and mussels.
    • Grilled meat or barbecued fish.
    • Tiramisu or tart with organic jam.

    Hi, my name is Claudia and I am a lover of the typical dishes of my city. My passion was born since childhood, thanks to my grandmother who taught me traditional Apulian dishes such as orecchiette with" braciole "sauce, rice, potatoes and mussels, parmigiana, stuffed aubergines and other specialties that I keep in my culinary baggage. I enjoy preparing for my family and guests, trying to make them feel at home through my dishes, also sharing my way with them to live .
