I welcome you to the living room or garden of my home in Brindisi, a charming city in Puglia, to enjoy the traditional Brindisi Sunday lunch.

We will offer you a full meal, consisting of four courses typical of the local tradition: an Apulian appetizer, a first course of the region, a second course with side dish and a dessert, all accompanied by beverages including wine from my land, water and coffee. In addition, if you wish, you can actively participate in the preparation of one of the dishes.

: Mimma and her husband created an unforgettable experience for us! The food was absolutely delicious, and we learned so much about Puglia's cuisine and culture, all while enjoying wonderful conversations and warm connections with locals. They were incredibly kind, engaging, and fun, making the class feel like time spent with friends. I highly recommend their classes—it was the highlight of my time in Brindisi! : Our experience with Mimma was beyond expectations! She was kind, generous, patient and accommodating. We loved every minute- from shopping in the market and watching fresh mozzarella be made to cooking and enjoying our meal along with wonderful conversation. We would recommend this class with Mimma to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Brindisi!
: Mimma is the best! She has great energy and is very knowledgeable about Brindisi and the area. The food we cooked was stunning, I strongly suggest doing this experience as it gives you a real taste of what food in Puglia, and specifically in Brindisi, means.
