Your experience
I welcome you to the living room or garden of my home in Brindisi, a charming city in Puglia, to enjoy the traditional Brindisi Sunday lunch.
We will offer you a full meal, consisting of four courses typical of the local tradition: an Apulian appetizer, a first course of the region, a second course with side dish and a dessert, all accompanied by beverages including wine from my land, water and coffee. In addition, if you wish, you can actively participate in the preparation of one of the dishes.

- We had the best experience and dinner with Mimma and her husband, the zucchini man ;-) Seriously, Mimma is so welcoming and an excellent teacher and chef. She taugt us how to make Zucchini alla Poverella, Bruschetta with Straciatella, Apulitan Pasta and Tiramisu. We had a beautiful evening and soooooo delicious Dinner!
- My family and I attended Mimma's house in Brindisi yesterday. I have two young kids, and we all had a wonderful time. The experience of preparing (and eating) a delicious traditional Puglian Sunday lunch was fantastic, and Mimma was very accommodating of (and encouraging) to my little ones. - We really enjoyed the home cooking experience. Mimma and her husband were very warm and hospitable. The food was delicious and we are heading back home with Strascinati pasta, tiramisu and side dishes recipes.
