Discover the aromas, flavors and secrets of Puglia's culinary tradition with an authentic experience inspired by Sunday lunch. In a warm and convivial atmosphere, we will prepare an entire typical menu together, starting with fresh homemade pasta, such as orecchiette or cavatelli. We will continue with a simple but richly flavored second course, such as roulades with sauce, cooked slowly to bring out the flavors. We will close on a sweet note with a great classic of Italian tradition: tiramisu. A perfect course for those who want to experience Puglia through their home cooking, among stories, handed-down gestures and genuine sharing.

My friends and I spent the day with Mimma and Chiro, exploring the wonderful food culture of Brindisi and Puglia. Starting by visiting Caseificio Giada where we watched mozzarella and burrata being made and tasted freshly prepared cheese; then onto the fresh produce market to source the necessary ingredients for our meal; and then back to Mimma’s to prepare fresh pasta, tiramisu and various other delicacies for our lunch. Fabulous experience and Mimma’s hospitality was awesome. Loved it!

Abbiamo preparato insieme il tiramisù, la pasta fatta in casa e i panzerotti fritti. Ci ha deliziati anche con involtini di carne preparati ore prima, zucchine soffritte con cipolla dolce e friselle.
