Being a Cesarina gives me immense satisfaction, as it allows me to meet wonderful people and share with them the culture of Apulian cuisine, rich in colors, scents, flavors and feelings. Together we will prepare dishes typical of my land, using only seasonal products and putting a lot of love and passion into each creation. I look forward to seeing you!

: Claudia herbhusband were great host. They took around their great property and showed us the abundance and diversity of fruit trees they have along with multiples olive trees. Beautiful place they have. Our experience in the kitchen was so much fun, very entertaining and educating in the Italian way of cooking. We had an amazing time with our host. They made us feel like family. Great dinner! I would definitly recommend Cecarine.

Ils nous ont très bien accueillis, mis à l aise tout de suite. .Claudia nous a préparé un festin, avec des produits de son jardin, des produits regionaux. Nous nous sommes régalés. : We had such a lovely time with Claudia and Giuseppe. They were so generous and showed us their home and fruit trees, taught us to make the most delicious pasta and tiramisu, and shared some wonderful apertivo with us. We would recommend this to anyone!
: Our Cesarine, Claudia M., was wonderful. Even though the experience was different than anticipated, Claudia, her husband Sepp, daughter and translator friend were lovely. We had signed up for a market and food tour, but somehow the tour kept changing our meeting place and what we were going to do. We were interested in the local food and culture. Sadly, several of the sights we went to were closed. We ended up having coffee, foccacia and gelato, for about $100pp. I do realize we also paid for her time, and that is ok. We went to a grocery store that sold wonderful pastas and she bought us a bag of biscuits from a bakery to snack on. We have done tours like this before where our guide notified establishments that we were coming, and because they were expecting us they set out a local food samples to try, and were a bit more organized. Next time I would opt to go to Claudia's home for a cooking lesson and enjoy her lovely company that way.

Hi, my name is Claudia and I am a lover of the typical dishes of my city. My passion was born since childhood, thanks to my grandmother who taught me traditional Apulian dishes such as orecchiette with" braciole "sauce, rice, potatoes and mussels, parmigiana, stuffed aubergines and other specialties that I keep in my culinary baggage. I enjoy preparing for my family and guests, trying to make them feel at home through my dishes, also sharing my way with them to live .
