    Are you ready to immerse yourself in the preparation of typical Brindisi dishes?

    Immersed in nature, you will enjoy a cooking class in the garden of my house, preceded by an excellent aperitif of typical products of our territory and an excellent house wine. Next we will prepare fresh orecchiette pasta and seasoning according to the season. To finish, we will prepare tart with my own organic jam.

    Claudia and her family were perfect hosts. She even had a translator on hand to help! The dishes were authentic and delicious. She showed us how to make her sauce and the other dishes were made by her and served to us in a lovely garden setting. We would have loved to be part of the preparations and cooking, but Claudia shared her recipes with us and we all had a lot to talk about! It was a wonderful experience. Her husband also showed us around his property and was very gracious . Definitely recommended!

    Hi, my name is Claudia and I am a lover of the typical dishes of my city. My passion was born since childhood, thanks to my grandmother who taught me traditional Apulian dishes such as orecchiette with" braciole "sauce, rice, potatoes and mussels, parmigiana, stuffed aubergines and other specialties that I keep in my culinary baggage. I enjoy preparing for my family and guests, trying to make them feel at home through my dishes, also sharing my way with them to live .
