    • Bread "cunzato" with capicollo di Martina Franca, shredded cacio cavallo, friggitelli and a drizzle of Evo oil
    • Ragù in pignatta with homemade orecchiette pasta, arugula and cacio ricotta cheese
    • Meat pignatta with seasonal vegetables
    • House sweets with almonds in liquor bath and dark chocolate
    • Water in a pitcher and local wine (malvasia, primitivo, susumaniello or negroamaro) A typical Apulian lunch to be enjoyed in a warm and welcoming environment, with ingredients from my vegetable garden and local farms and my signature dish: ragu in pignatta.
