In my spacious country house, I’ve built a masonry kitchen with handcrafted tiles, equipped with professional restaurant-grade appliances, a well-stocked bar corner, and climate-controlled wine cellars featuring selections I personally source from wineries.I love offering my guests full-course meals, starting with welcome cocktails and continuing with seafood dishes, homemade pasta, dry-aged meats, and homemade bread and desserts. My cuisine is rooted in Ligurian tradition but embraces international and creative influences.After a career as an engineering executive, I now cook purely for passion, for family, friends, and select guests. I learned the trade as a teenager, spending my summers working in bars and restaurants in Lerici, and I’ve continued ever since for the joy of creating and sharing great food.
