My name is Grazia, and I come from a family of true food lovers: my father is a pastry chef, and thanks to him I’ve learned many secrets and recipes of traditional Sicilian pastry. I love getting my hands in the dough: from fried pizzas (which in Sicily we call siciliane) to rice fritters with honey, from wood-fired pizza to homemade fresh pasta – like tagliatelle and maccheroni al ferro.But it’s not just about sweets: I also enjoy preparing the great classics of Sicilian savory cuisine, such as caponata, parmigiana, and many other traditional dishes that tell the story and flavors of my land
