    In the tranquility of a village on the slopes of Mount Etna, far from the chaos of the city, we will learn together how to make pizza in a wood-fired oven. We will use fresh, authentic ingredients and, depending on the season, you can also enjoy fruit picked from the trees in the garden. At the end of the experience, we will taste the traditional cinnamon or almond gelo, a refreshing dessert typical of our region, accompanied by a glass of local wine. Back home, you can treat your family and friends to a fragrant pizza with a soft center!

    My name is Grazia, and I come from a family of true food lovers: my father is a pastry chef, and thanks to him I’ve learned many secrets and recipes of traditional Sicilian pastry.  I love getting my hands in the dough: from fried pizzas (which in Sicily we call siciliane) to rice fritters with honey, from wood-fired pizza to homemade fresh pasta – like tagliatelle and maccheroni al ferro. But it’s not just about sweets: I also enjoy preparing the great classics of Sicilian savory cuisine, such as caponata, parmigiana, and many other traditional dishes that tell the story and flavors of my land
