Hello everyone, I’m Jenny, a "sfoglina" passionate about the art of hand-rolled pasta using a rolling pin. This passion has also become my profession, and my dishes range from traditional and non-traditional fresh pasta to desserts like cakes and cookies. I also love exploring vegetarian and vegan cuisine, always in search of genuine flavors.Together with my partner, a former baker, we enjoy experimenting with baking, making bread, pizzas, and many other delights from the world of baking right at home.

Wonderful experience! Jenny is an exceptional teacher, patient, kind, and helpful. She welcomed us into her home and immediately made us feel comfortable. Besides the pasta dough from which we made tagliatelle, we experienced the preparation of garganelli for the first time, a typical dish from her area. All seasoned with quality conversation and exchange of ideas, also with her partner Massimiliano, who took some beautiful photos of us. Despite Jenny's young age, her experience surprised us…you have to try it to believe it!
