Hello everyone, I’m Jenny, a "sfoglina" passionate about the art of hand-rolled pasta using a rolling pin. This passion has also become my profession, and my dishes range from traditional and non-traditional fresh pasta to desserts like cakes and cookies. I also love exploring vegetarian and vegan cuisine, always in search of genuine flavors.Together with my partner, a former baker, we enjoy experimenting with baking, making bread, pizzas, and many other delights from the world of baking right at home.
