A little taste of my homeland, Molise. We will try our hand at the art of making cavatelli and orecchiette from scratch with just a few ingredients such as semolina and water, and then enjoy them with a specially designed sauce, tailored to these types of pasta native to central and southern Italy. Everything will be agreed with you, according to your needs!
Weather permitting, the lesson (all or part of it) can be held outside in the garden.
