The beguiling area of Salento is surrounded by two different seas. The nature is wild and captivating, filled with ancient olive trees, prickly pears and expanses of vineyards. The home of our Cesarina is located here immersed in greenery, creating a relaxing and tranquil environment. An almost therapeutic place, where time seems to have stopped and the pleasure of being pampered with the delicacies and flavors of Salento prepared by our Cesarina can be enjoyed. Juanita (you wouldn’t know it from her name, but she really is from Salento) adores throwing herself into new culinary adventures, but never forgets the delicious and wholesome traditional cuisine of Puglia.
