Hi from Stefania!

The heart of my home is the kitchen, a space of about 80 square meters dedicated to sustainability, color, and the freshness of the dishes prepared. It's a Mediterranean kitchen that caters to vegetarians and vegans alike. I love cooking in front of my guests to involve them in a holistic experience. The bread is made by me with sourdough, and I adore using carefully selected products with traceable supply chains.
