Hi from Annamaria!

I am Annamaria, known to everyone as Annamà. Food has been the great love of my life for 31 years. Through my curiosity, love, and passion for cooking, I've developed recipes that allow me to eat balanced meals without sacrificing taste. I fuel my creativity in the kitchen with my favorite hobby: dining in Michelin-starred restaurants, where I draw inspiration for my new recipes. My greatest challenge is to make any dish light and delicious. I love being with people and sharing my cooking philosophy with them, which is why I started giving my courses. In these courses, the secret ingredients are always love for food, a smile, and self-irony! With my classes, I teach people, always with a smile, the beauty of preparing simple, tasty, and healthy recipes that can transform their approach to weekly cooking.
