    At my cooking class we will cook together many recipes that will contain typical ingredients of the spring season: asparagus, peas, strawberries.

    Each seasonal, high quality, short supply chain ingredient will be enhanced in recipes for first courses, main courses, breakfasts and snacks. Each of my recipes is creative, yet easy to make because I want it to be a convenient, flavorful, yet balanced and fit twist on all your weekly menus.
