Hi from Tatiana!

I love preparing traditional dishes from our region, keeping the time-honored recipes alive. However, I also enjoy experimenting by adding or tweaking ingredients to create new and original flavors. My true passion, though, is handmade pasta, especially stuffed pasta, which I consider the crown jewel of our cuisine and a symbol of authenticity and culinary craftsmanship.
