Since I was a boy, I've been fascinated by cooking, captivated by its colors and aromas. At home, I watched my grandmother and mother prepare fresh pasta and Sunday ragù. I was always intrigued by how simple ingredients could create dishes that evoke emotions, like spaghetti with tomato and basil or eggplant parmigiana. My cooking is simple and genuine, based on three words: passion, quality, and technique. I select the highest quality ingredients, emphasizing locality and sustainability. For me, cooking is about dedication and generosity: spending time sourcing the best ingredients and putting love into preparing meals for those at my table. I love cooking simple, authentic dishes, from fresh pasta to seafood, experimenting with combinations and textures. In summer, seasonal vegetables from my garden, seasoned with fresh herbs, are a staple. I'm also passionate about baking, making bread, rolls, and Roman-style pizza. For me, good food makes everyone happier.

We had the most incredible time at Max’s pasta and tiramisu making class! Max was such an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and so much fun. The class itself was hands-on and easy to follow, and the food we made turned out absolutely delicious. The highlight was sitting down afterward to enjoy dinner with Max and his family – it felt so authentic and special, like being welcomed into their home. We truly loved every moment of the experience and would recommend it 1000%!

Massimiliano was exceptional, he managed to convey his passion for cooking to us by showing us how to make two dishes: classic pumpkin and amaretti tortelli, and a more particular version with loin and pumpkin. We cooked and ate very well, he and his family were super welcoming! An experience to be repeated and that I recommend to everyone.

Professionalism and cheerfulness accompanied us during an unusual evening dedicated to good food. Massimiliano guided us in creating simple dishes but revisited in a gourmet way! Little cooking secrets made everything much more interesting. The best part? Eating what we had cooked and enjoying dinner all together with a good accompanying wine and an incredible tiramisu to end on a high note. It was much more than just a cooking lesson! Highly recommended!!!
