    En esta experiencia culinaria, apreciaremos los auténticos sabores de Apulia. Armados con delantal y rodillo, prepararemos panzerotti típicos de Apulia con diferentes rellenos, entre los que se incluyen mozzarella y tomate, carne y una mezcla de verduras. Además, elaboraremos pasta fresca que aderezaremos con ingredientes de temporada.

    Lo degustaremos todo juntos, mientras disfrutamos de una copa de vino típico de la zona. No faltarán los aperitivos ofrecidos por la casa, y Gio preparará una mesa temática para crear un ambiente cálido y acogedor, haciéndoles sentir como en casa.

    We had an amazing experience doing our pasta making class with Giovanna. She was so welcoming and fun. The pasta was fun to make and amazing to eat! Am going to highly recommend this experience to anyone who comes to Rome for vacation.

    I gave the pasta course with Gio to my partner as a birthday present and the evening exceeded all our expectations. Giovanna has a lovely little flat where she gave us a very warm welcome. Everything was perfectly and lovingly organised and prepared and even a colleague of Giovanna's was there to help with the translation from Italian to English (thanks again, Angelica!). We made two types of pasta that evening which tasted wonderful and also had a great aperitif and excellent tiramisu, along with lots of helpful tips for making pasta and staying in Rome. Always happy to return!

    My husband and I were on a vacation with friends to Europe and we had scheduled a cooking class with Giovanna. We were blown away by the attention to detail the overwhelming welcome. We received as strangers in her well appointed home, she made you feel like family. Her class was so well organized, and thoughtful that we left feeling like we could cook an Italian meal on our own. From the beginning of the class, she was encouraging and modeled different ways to make our meal. She then offered a unique and diverse beautiful spread of appetizers and complementary wine, pairings and infused water that really satisfied the pallet. The ambience felt like you were walking into a party curated just for you from matching tablecloths and wine goblets to a complementary color scheme. Giovanna made you feel like Family. If you were considering a cooking class, Giovannis’s chop notch and will have you walk away with a lifetime of memories in a few short hours.

    My husband and I were on a trip with friends to Europe. On our trip we wanted to learn a traditional way of Italian cooking as a way to honor our Nonnas. Giovanna went above and beyond to make that experience magical for us. The atmosphere was out of a fairy tale and the recipes were amazing! We left with full stomachs, aching from laughter feeling like we just joined Giovanna’s family. We are truly grateful for all she did for us.
