    El curso se imparte en una preciosa villa rodeada de vegetación, rodeada de olivos centenarios y situada a pocos pasos de San Pedro. En este entorno tranquilo y auténtico, aprenderán juntos a preparar cuatro postres típicos de la tradición romana: las aromáticas ciambelline al vino, la clásica tarta de ricotta y cerezas del gueto, el eterno tiramisú y los deliciosos maritozzi con nata.

    Durante la clase, cada participante podrá poner las manos en la masa y descubrir los secretos y las historias relacionadas con estos postres emblemáticos de Roma.

    Our family had a fabulous time making three kinds of pasta and then eating our delicious creations. Christina was warm, welcoming and a fantastic teacher. We are all experienced cooks but learned so much. It was an experience we will never forget!

    Cristina's class was a very fun and unique experience in Rome! We took the Sweet Delights of Rome class and had a great time learning how to make classic Roman desserts. This was a very unique part of our trip - very different from the usual pasta or pizza cooking classes you see. Everything we made was so delicious and Cristina was a lovely and kind host. She was very welcoming and friendly and has a beautiful villa! We would highly recommend this experience!

    My partner and I had a beautiful, authentic and delicious evening at Cristina’s cooking class, and we absolutely recommend for any trip to Rome. The class is very literally hands on, and Cristina walked us step by step through how to make three different pastas and techniques. Bring your appetite! In addition to the pasta, we enjoyed an antipasto of bruschetta, cheese and meat (with a special treat of trying Cristina’s home grown extra virgin olive oil!) This would be a great experience for any age, and we hope to come back some day!

    Ho scelto la cooking class di Cristina tra le proposte romane ed è stata una scelta azzeccata. Cristina e la sua casa sono sinonimo di preparazione, cordialità e professionalità. È stata una maestra eccezionale, super preparata sulle qualità delle materie prime e prodiga di consigli. Ci ha offerto un aperitivo nel suo affascinante giardino e ci ha coccolato al momento di assaggiare i piatti preparati insieme. Super consigliata.

    Cristina hosted the most amazing cooking class! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel completely at ease. The class was perfectly paced — we started by making a classic tiramisu, then took a lovely break to enjoy a delicious appetizer outside in her garden before moving on to making two different pastas from scratch. The ravioli was an absolute standout — my boyfriend hasn’t stopped talking about it since! Cristina generously shared all of her recipes with us so we can recreate the dishes at home and bring a little piece of Rome back with us. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was Cristina herself. She shared her journey as a chef and how she learned to cook from her grandmother at a young age. Her passion for cooking and for sharing her culture shines through in everything she does, making the class both fun and deeply personal. Even though we traveled about 20 minutes outside of Rome by Uber, it was so worth it. We left with full bellies, new skills, and wonderful memories. This was a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Cristina’s class enough. We’re already dreaming about coming back to Rome to learn even more from her!

    Cristina recibe a sus huéspedes en una villa rodeada de vegetación, con amplios espacios exteriores y grandes ventanales desde los que se puede admirar el jardín y los olivos centenarios. Un pequeño rincón del paraíso no muy lejos del centro de la Ciudad Eterna. «Desde muy pequeña siempre he admirado el amor con el que mi abuela, originaria de Apulia, trabajaba durante horas en la cocina. Todavía recuerdo sus manos y sus delantales, a menudo manchados de harina, y el aroma de «cosas buenas y genuinas» que se propagaba por toda la casa y me envolvía en una agradable sensación de bienestar».
