    A cooking class at Maria and Giorgio’s home in Rome turned out to be the most unforgettable experience of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped into their warm, welcoming kitchen, we felt like part of the family. Maria is truly a five‑star chef and an exceptional teacher—patient, funny, and incredibly skilled. She guided us through every step of making fresh pasta and the most delicious tiramisu we’ve ever tasted. What made the experience even more special was sharing an authentic Italian meal with Maria, Giorgio, and their family. The conversation, the laughter, the homemade dishes—everything felt genuine and full of heart. It wasn’t just a cooking class; it was a glimpse into real Roman life. If you’re visiting Rome and want something meaningful, delicious, and memorable, this is it. An absolute highlight of our trip.

    My husband and I had a cooking class with Maria and Giorgio and had a wonderful time! They were both so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely to spend time in their home and meet some of their family.     Me encanta preparar primeros platos con pasta fresca casera, como maccheroni alla chitarra, ravioli y lasaña, junto con risottos y pasta seca con setas y verduras de todo tipo. He experimentado con satisfacción diferentes platos de la cocina de Abruzzo, como las ndurciullune, las pallotte cacio e ova y el conejo relleno. Además, cuando tengo la oportunidad, me inspiro en la cocina típica de la Toscana y el Lacio.
