Siéntate a mi acogedora mesa de Cesarine para saborear recetas olvidadas, conservadas y transmitidas de generación en generación. Durante este curso de cocina aprenderás, paso a paso, a preparar tres recetas: una bruschetta típica de mi zona, un primer plato de pasta fresca y un postre. Juntos prepararemos la masa, la extenderemos y le daremos forma según las recetas de mi familia.
Cada participante tendrá a su disposición un delantal y un folleto en el que se describirán las recetas con los ingredientes y los distintos pasos. Para terminar con un toque dulce, prepararemos juntos un excelente tiramisú de mi recetario familiar. Todo ello se degustará acompañado de un buen vino local.
