«No se puede describir... hay que ver la maravilla del lago de Como...». Así se presenta Bea, nuestra Cesarina, que nos da la bienvenida a su acogedora casa, situada en el centro histórico de Como, a pocos pasos del lago.Como es una ciudad llena de encanto e historia, al igual que la cocina de Bea —«mi cocina, como la de antes»—, que combina el encanto de la tradición con una marcada creatividad.

- Fantastic. Highly recommended. We had an incredible time. We loved every minute of it. Beatrice was a lovely teacher and hostess, and very interesting to talk to. We learned so much - not only about cooking but about the local culture and life in the Lake Como, area.

She is upbeat and funny, prepare to be entertained with stories of her family, her relationship with pasta, and the importance of espresso.
- We had a fantastic experience with Bea making fresh pasta, tiramisu and bruschetta. She was a fantastic host and teacher, she made us feel incredibly welcome and was very patient and encouraging with children during the lesson. Would highly recommend.
