Mi pasión por la cocina se refleja en cada plato que preparo. Desde la pasta fresca, elaborada con cuidado para obtener la consistencia perfecta, hasta los risottos que reflejan sabores ricos y envolventes. Mi pasta al horno es un himno a la comida reconfortante, con capas de sabor que se funden armoniosamente. Y cuando llega el momento de los postres, me dedico a crear delicias que deleitan el paladar y satisfacen la dulzura del momento. Cada plato es una obra de arte culinaria, fruto de mi pasión por crear experiencias gastronómicas memorables.

: We had such an amazing time at the private cooking class with Anna and Terry. The food was delicious and so fun to make. But the highlight was enjoying the day with the two of them and experiencing the beauty of their home and gorgeous lake view! We hope to come again soon, such a great day activity in Como!

: We had an absolutely wonderful cooking class at Lidia’s home with her and her son. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home like we were old friends sharing a meal together. Lidia was incredibly accommodating of our dairy allergy, making sure every dish was both delicious and safe for us to enjoy. We learned so much, not just about the recipes themselves, but also about Italian cooking traditions and techniques. Every step of the class was hands-on and engaging, and we appreciated the personal tips she shared from her own experience. The food was beyond amazing and there was so much of it! By the end of the evening, we left happily stuffed, full of laughter, new knowledge, and wonderful memories. This was truly a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Lidia highly enough!
