Siempre me ha gustado cocinar, especialmente para grupos grandes. En verano, me gusta preparar salsa de tomate, mermeladas, aceites aromatizados y sales. Para mis recetas, doy prioridad al uso de productos locales y ecológicos. En esta clase de cocina, te enseñaré a hacer varios tipos de pasta fresca en diferentes formas y a cocinarlas con salsas de temporada, como bigoli, tagliatelle, tagliolini, fusilli y mucho más. Cada tipo de pasta tiene un sabor único y la forma de la pasta combina de manera diferente con las salsas que utilizamos. Mientras cocinamos, también podremos disfrutar del hermoso jardín, que es especialmente agradable durante la temporada cálida.

Monica was a wonderful host and teacher! She was very informative and funny, making us feel very welcome into her home. Monica was always checking in with us to make sure everything was good within the experience. All of the food was so good and we greatly appreciated being able to share our creation with our family. I would absolutely recommend this experience with Monica!

Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.

Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
