    Giampatrizia is a wonderful teacher. She welcomed my sister and I into her home, and taught us how to cook numerous traditional Sicilian desserts. I would recommend her to novice cooks and seasoned bakers alike. She also provided a translator, who was equally excellent.

    Go have dinner and make pasta with Giampatrizia in Pedara! Giampatrizia welcomed my friend and me into her beautiful home to enjoy a Sicilian dinner prepared with love. She welcomed us with delicious Sicilian appetizers made with home grown tomatoes and olive oil and we got acquainted. Then we got busy making two kinds of pasta in her kitchen. Giampatrizia was very organized and provided a perfect mix of instruction and fun as we got our hands into the dough and worked to develop our technique. The meal was delicious and we left feeling like we had made a friend. We didn't have a car and she helped us arrange a ride home (check transportation logistics before you go if you don't have your own car - the area is spread out and lacks taxis or reliable bus service). Skip the restaurant and have dinner here!

    We had a wonderful experience learning how to make homemade pasta and Pasta Norma. Giampatrizia was wonderful and we learned so much. After we finished cooking, we sat down with her and her family and enjoyed our meal and learning about them and their culture.

She invited us into her cozy home and gave us and unforgettable evening. Also thanks to her husband and Stefania. We could feel this was not just ‘another day at the office’, but something she did because she lovede it.

    Mi cocina refleja la rica tradición siciliana, transmitida de generación en generación y adaptada para satisfacer las necesidades alimentarias, incluida la cocina sin gluten. Sin límite de invitados, he organizado eventos en mi jardín con comida abundante, buena música y una cuidada decoración. Mis cenas navideñas siempre han sido muy apreciadas, con especial atención a la decoración y la presentación de los platos. Además de la tradición siciliana, me encanta experimentar con platos internacionales. Entre mis aficiones se encuentran la elaboración de mermeladas con la fruta de mi huerto, la creación de licores caseros y diversas conservas.
