Con vistas panorámicas a las magníficas torres de Lucca, preparamos un menú con tres tipos diferentes de pasta fresca que forman parte de la tradición culinaria de la zona, utilizando productos locales.

Partimos de harina y huevos frescos para extender la masa con el rodillo y elaborar pasta rellena de ricotta y espinacas y maltagliati con ragú de carne. Las patatas y la harina son los ingredientes de la tercera receta. Os espero.

I took the cooking class with a friend and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We ended up laughing our way through the entire session :) Novella and Marco made everything fun and approachable. The food also turned out amazing. We were genuinely impressed with what we managed to create and the tips we picked up will definitely stick with us. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable, delicious and laughter-filled experience!✨

Novella welcomed us into her home like we were old friends! She had so many things ready and prepared for us, even had a helper/assistant,Marco!! We made a delicious tiramisu step-by-step with her. And prepared a spinach and cheese filling for our ravioli. she explained everything perfectly step-by-step. Everything was truly delicious… and was warm and welcoming!! I highly recommend her anytime!!

Wow! What a delightful experience that Novella and Marco provided for us exploring the parts of the town they like to shop at. Absolute gems for fresh produce and other food related products. Then home to Novella's for an authentic cooking experience which was not only fun but also insightful. We learned to make the best pasta. So soft and melt in your mouth. Using one of Novella's recipes she so generously sent us we have just made the best pasta we have ever made at home. (And we have made a lot of pasta from scratch over the years) We highly recommend a cooking class experience with Novella and Marco. We met as strangers and left as friends.

Nací en Bolonia, pero mis orígenes están aquí, en la Toscana, también los culinarios. De la cocina de Lucca me encanta preparar los tordelli al ragù y las diferentes sopas, desde la frantoiana hasta la ribollita, pasando por la pappa al pomodoro, todas aderezadas con el excelente aceite de nuestras colinas. El entrante es siempre rústico, con excelentes bruschette de pan «sciocco» (sin sal) y lardo de Colonnata, alubias IGP de Sorana, col negra y los imprescindibles fegatini. Para terminar con dulzura, cantucci de almendras y tarta de la nonna con crema.
