Prepararemos tres tipos de pasta fresca: tagliatelle, ravioli de carne al estilo Lucca y gnocchi. Cada pasta se acompañará con una salsa diferente que prepararemos en el momento. Además, elaboraremos un tiramisú de temporada, con fresas en primavera y verano, o con peras en otoño e invierno. Degustaréis la pasta preparada durante el curso.
