Descubre el placer de preparar pasta fresca italiana y helado casero, ¡también en versión 100 % vegetal! Durante este curso práctico, cocinaremos juntos dos tipos de pasta fresca, utilizando técnicas tradicionales que podrás replicar fácilmente en casa. Desde la masa hasta el moldeado, te guiaré paso a paso, y sí, ¡todo se puede hacer también en versión completamente vegana!

Después de la pasta, pasaremos a algo dulce: el helado artesanal, preparado desde cero con ingredientes de temporada. Tanto si prefieres los sabores clásicos como una variante sin lácteos, aprenderás a crear un helado cremoso y sorprendente. La experiencia comienza con una pequeña degustación de bienvenida y, al final del curso, cada participante recibirá un recetario.

We had an amazing time learning from Sara, she went above and beyond to ensure our daughter had the best of times cooking pasta and tiramisu. Her kitchen was flawless, the ingredients fresh and delicious, and her attention to detail outstanding. We highly recommend this experience.

My boyfriend got the "Pizza & Tiramisu" class as a gift from his brother whilst we were in Lake Garda, and I came along. It was so much fun and so informative! Sara is very lovely and knowledgeable about the pizza dough and I managed to write lots of notes that I hope to use for when I make pizzas back home in England. Everything was prepared, everything ran smoothly (we finished in around 2-2.5 hours), she was very welcoming and accommodating (considering the class is in her home!). My boyfriend doesn't like coffee but he still enjoyed making the tiramisu which was really easy and simple (and ended up being very tasty, of course). She even provided us with recipes to take home with some variations (e.g. summer versions of tiramisu) and more details. Also, the pizza is made in a standard fan/gas oven, so you don't need a fancy pizza oven, which makes it far more accessible for those who don't have pizza ovens like myself. The different pizza doughs/toppings (2 variations with the same dough and 3 toppings) were really tasty as well. AND she gave us bruschetta with figs freshly grown in her garden (much nicer than the figs we have in England, of course) - a very lovely host! She even took pictures of us and let me record some videos of the process/food for my own memories/learning which I appreciated. Really great experience and highly recommend, very grateful for the gift. If I'm ever back, I'd definitely come back and do the Pasta class! :-)

Mi cocina es totalmente vegana y se basa en el principio de que todo lo que hemos amado y nos recuerda a nuestro hogar puede ser vegano. Para mí, la cocina no tiene límites: me encanta reinterpretar los grandes clásicos de la tradición italiana, en particular la romana, con un toque vegetal. Entre mis creaciones, por ejemplo, hay una «gricia» vegana que es un homenaje a mi tierra natal. Pero no me limito a la tradición italiana: me encanta experimentar con cocinas de otras culturas, como la asiática, y también preparo sushi con productos vegetales que recuerdan al pescado. Me dedico con pasión a la preparación de pasta fresca, rellena y sin relleno, y me satisface mucho reproducir en versión vegetal también la repostería, desde los postres más clásicos, como el tiramisú, hasta creaciones más particulares. Mi cocina es un viaje de creatividad, recuerdos y sabores, todo ello respetando los principios veganos.
