Pendant le cours, je t'apprendrai à faire les biscuits les plus connus et les plus savoureux, des biscuits aux noisettes aux langues de chat, avec des ingrédients de super qualité. En plus, tu pourras goûter ces délicieux biscuits tout juste sortis du four avec une sélection de boissons chaudes comme du chocolat chaud, du sabayon ou un thé parfumé. Le cours se déroule dans une ambiance chaleureuse et informelle, parfaite pour apprendre les techniques de la cuisine piémontaise et passer une soirée sympa et divertissante. Pas besoin d'avoir de l'expérience en cuisine, je te guiderai pas à pas pour créer tes biscuits artisanaux et surprendre tes invités avec une expérience culinaire inoubliable.

- We really enjoyed our cooking experience with Benedetta and her mom. They were lovely and patiently showed us how to make pasta. We would love to do another class with them if we come back to Italy.
- Benedetta and her family were super welcoming! We had a lot of fun cooking some traditional food, and while cooking, she shared her knowledge of the region and the country! È stato uno scambio autentico, ricco di calore umano, di racconti di vita e di piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Un’esperienza unica, vera e profondamente appagante, che porterò con me come uno dei ricordi più belli del mio compleanno.
