    Apprends la recette d'une pizza infaillible que tu pourras facilement reproduire dans ton four à la maison ! Je t'accueille dans ma cuisine et t'apprends à faire la pâte pour une pizza au four à longue levée (24-48 h) à base de levain. Nous passerons de la classique margherita avec stracciatella et basilic à des garnitures plus originales à base de produits locaux de saison.

    On va aussi préparer la pâte pour une focaccia au romarin de mon jardin et aux olives. Je vais te montrer toutes mes astuces, du salage à l'hydratation de la pâte. Enfin, l'incontournable tiramisù au café avec des copeaux de chocolat ! On va voir ensemble les différentes façons de le présenter.

    I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Delia was a delightful teacher- knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally well prepared. We learned how to prepare focaccia, different kinds of pizza and an exceptional tiramisu. This was truly a farm to table experience. We watched her pick fresh tomatoes and herbs from her garden only to incorporate this fresh bounty into our meal. The highlight of the experience was sharing this beautiful meal with our host. We learned about life in Italy and many of the rich traditions of her family. This experience was one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend her to you without reservation.

    Simply amazing! This was a true experience in every sense. Delia is a natural host and it was a privilege to be able to learn alongside her. The ambience was perfect and we felt truly welcomed in her family home. I cannot rate her and her wonderful family highly enough.     The best local Italian experience we could have asked for with Delia in her family home. I booked it as a surprise for my mum’s birthday and Delia went above and beyond to make it special for her. We made various pizzas, focaccia tiramisu and ice cream! Delia was an amazing host/chef and we felt so welcome and lucky to spend a day in her company. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an authentic cooking experience around Verona.

    We are glad that we’ve booked this cooking class, we really enjoyed it! It was fun, loved Delia her explanation and company and her whole family was so hospitable and kind. And not to forget; the focaccia, pizza’s and tiramisu were delicious. We had a great experience and we will definitely come back next time we visit lake Garda!

    Wow ! What an experience. Delia and her family welcomed our group of 7 into their home and treated us as if we were family. The interaction between Delia and her family was truly amazing. The food was amazing and our kids haven’t stopped talking about it. A must do experience.

    J'adore préparer du pain et des pizzas avec du levain et une levée d'au moins 24 heures, des pâtes fraîches (tagliatelles, gnocchi, tortellini farcis aux herbes et fromages typiques ou à la citrouille), des risottos (à l'amarone et au monte veronese ou aux légumes de mon potager).  À la maison, nous sommes tous végétariens/végétaliens, je privilégie donc les ingrédients d'origine végétale, mais je sais aussi bien cuisiner avec des ingrédients d'origine animale, si les hôtes souhaitent goûter quelques plats typiques de la Vénétie ! (Par exemple, risotto au tastasal (saucisse), viande bouillie avec pearà, pokenta et ragoût).
