Faire des pâtes à la maison, c'est simple, mais ça demande un peu d'attention et une bonne dose d'amour et de soin. En plein centre de Turin, ma femme et moi serons là pour t'accueillir et te montrer comment faire des pâtes (et comment les faire au mieux). Elle s'occupera de remplir les verres et moi, je te donnerai des petits trucs, des conseils et des détails utiles pour que tu deviennes un vrai pro. Mais le plus important, c'est de rigoler et de s'amuser ensemble, surtout devant un bon plat de pâtes.

- My host,Alberto, was so thoughtful, friendly and knonwledgable. The class was about cooking pasta and tiramisu at home, but also about the culture of Torino. He and his wife are a lovely couple and warmly welcomed me in their home. It was a highlight of my trip.

- Wonderful experience. Food was excellent and Alberto and his wife were lovely hosts, situated in a convenient and upscale area. Easy to chat with and full of local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend.
- It was a really nice workshop, a lot fun. Feeling like hanging out with friended while making delicious pastas and tiramisu. We enjoyed the warm welcome and guidance from Alberto and his wife and the fellow participants. Highly recommended this activity.
- Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!
